About the Owner

My name is Donald Samulski and I am a licensed contractor based in Marquette, MI. Through Elemental Contracting, I offer full service interior remodels and rental conversions. I believe renovations should use quality materials, timeless design, and run smoothly from start to finish. Because of this, I prioritize clear communication, efficient planning, sustainable building practices, and non-toxic, low VOC materials.

When working with Elemental Contracting, I function as the single point of contact so that clients can focus on their own lives, and trust me to bring their vision to life. I’ve worked on everything from full new builds to commercial retrofits, and I bring the same level of care to every project, making sure to deliver long lasting results and happy clients.
